Sir Philip Dilley joined Woods Bagot in December 2015, and is now the non-executive Chairman.  He is also an independent director on the Board of Grosvenor Group – the Duke of Westminster’s property company, and chairs the governing Council of Imperial College, London. He was previously the executive Chairman and a Trustee of Arup Group where he spent most of his career working with architects on building projects around the world.

Philip was recently the Chairman of the Environment Agency – the UK Government’s largest arms-length independent body, and before that he was Chairman of London First. He is an Honorary Fellow of the RIBA, and was knighted for services to engineering in 2014.
