Elena Ma appointed Regional Workplace Interiors Leader to shape the future of workspaces in Asia

Woods Bagot has promoted Senior Associate Elena Ma to workplace interiors leader for the Asia region, with this strategic appointment marking another milestone in the firm’s Asia growth strategy.

With proven expertise in workplace strategy and design, Ma will advance innovative workspace solutions together with Kirsti Simpson, Global Workplace Interiors Sector Leader, and Hayden Crawford, Sydney Workplace Interiors Sector Leader. Her deep expertise and cross-market experience will further strengthen Woods Bagot’s position as a thought leader in shaping the future of workspaces across the region.

Elena is a California registered architect, a LEED AP, with abundant experience curating human-centered experiences for innovative workplace across global markets. With Canadian roots and education, professional foundations in San Francisco, and extensive work throughout APAC including Hong Kong, Singapore, Mainland of China, and Southeast Asia.

Elena specialises in delivering world-class, award-winning experiential workplaces working with clients such as Standard Chartered, Macquarie Group and HSBC. She possesses a refined curatorial eye for premium, sophisticated interior design, consistently creating spaces and experiences that authentically reflect her clients’ visions, goals and unique identities. Her exceptional trend-spotting abilities have enabled her to identify opportunities and develop distinctive solutions tailored to each market.
