About the Role

This is a career growth opportunity that will allow you to gain valuable experience working alongside our senior Project Architects/Leaders in the design, documentation, and delivery of our award-winning projects. This position requires a true all-rounder who is capable of design, delivery, and documentation of a project. You will have a positive, and professional attitude towards clients and fellow co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior Architects in the design and delivery of the project.
  • Delivery of detailed Architectural packages across multiple phases of the project
  • Provide solutions that clearly maintain design intent and consider buildability.
  • Monitor and mitigate project risks and escalate where necessary.
  • Assist the Project Leader in maintaining quality delivery outcomes.
  • Maintain an awareness of all matters relevant to the design and production of the deliverables for the project.
  • Ensure the project is conducted in a way that maintains Woods Bagot professionalism and skill.
  • About You
  • As the successful candidate you will possess expert knowledge of Revit. You will be a passionate Architect with previous experience working on large-scale projects.

You will be able to Demonstrate:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field.
  • Hold a master’s degree in architecture.
  • Experience in leading a small to mid size project, or a significant package on a large scale project with supervision.
  • Excellent Revit skills
  • Rhino skills (including Grasshopper) highly regarded.
  • Solid knowledge of the full Adobe suite (InDesign & Photoshop essential).
  • Enscape skills and additional rendering software programs an advantage.
  • Demonstrate sound skills in overarching concept design to design development and design delivery.
  • Strong understanding of architectural documentation process
  • Strong construction documentation and detailing capabilities
  • Ability to co-ordinate, and deliver a documentation set suitable to the project phase.
  • Knowledge of local NCC standards and regulations.
  • Keen eye for design and willingness to learn.
  • Willingness to contribute to a high performing team.
  • Superior Communication skills to work with internal and external clients.
