Norah specialises in large-scale project delivery, cost management, and regenerative development across Saudi Arabia. She brings a strategic mindset to high-value, complex developments, with a strong focus on sustainability and stakeholder alignment throughout all project phases.

With extensive experience in both the private and public sectors, Norah has managed contracts valued at up to 3.5 billion SAR. Prior to joining Woods Bagot, she played a key role in overseeing Misk City’s construction contracts in 2024. Her international exposure includes leading post-contract management for Red Sea Global’s regenerative coastal projects, and she has also contributed her expertise through design and project management consultancy roles at Arcadis.

Norah’s core competencies lie in sustainable design integration, program management consultancy (PMC), and contract negotiation. Her ability to align diverse stakeholders, manage cost and risk, and deliver on regenerative development goals makes her a valuable asset in driving performance and quality across multidisciplinary teams.
