Sama Yas residents will also have direct access to fitness and leisure amenities, including a grove, picnic area, sports zone, covered sports courts, skate park, bounce park, dog park, mangrove, and kids’ play areas.

The project officially launched in February, 2024, and promises to set a new benchmark for luxury park living in the region.
