Designed with flowing lines in reference to the Kirra foreshore, the development features balconies that wrap around the entire tower to enable large openings that connect the inside with the outside.
The façade texture and patterns are reminiscent of the local Queenslander-style house design, with battens that create privacy and dappled light. The foyer is designed to draw in the landscape from the adjacent Percy Pease Park, creating a garden room as a ‘front porch’ to the development.
The development offers 118 apartments, with a mix of 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bed apartments and penthouses.
