Patrick joined the firm in 2008 as a Regional Design Chairperson to establish its North American presence by simultaneously opening both the San Francisco and New York studios. In this role, the region acquired more than 100 employees, while he implemented large-scale sites, corporate campuses, and civic buildings. Eight years later he was promoted to Global Design Director where he bolstered the firm’s reputation in Asia with his expertise in tall buildings and mixed use initiatives. In 2019, Patrick moved to the firm’s London studio to focus on Tall Building pursuits in Europe and other regions around the world. Major projects for renowned clients include the 115,000-square-meter headquarters for Telkom in Indonesia and three high-performance towers for China-based for Sunshine Insurance Group: Sunshine Insurance Headquarters Tower, Sunshine Insurance Sanya Tower, and Sunshine Insurance Shenzhen Tower.

He holds multiple leadership roles, which include Global Sector Leader – Mixed Use, Design Council Board Member, and Governance Board Member.

Prior to Woods Bagot, Patrick led the designs of award-winning projects such as the Cathedral of Christ the Light in Oakland, Calif., and China World Trade Centre in Beijing.
