A new type of development for Muscat
The project is a mixed-use development of the first of its kind in Oman. It offers a new mixed-use typology for the region, combining residential, retail and commercial sectors and encouraging young Omanis and expatriates to live and work in the area. Office buildings are located close to food & beverage and retail to capitalise on mornings and lunchtime activity, creating consistent activation. Access to the car parking building will be an additional benefit. Residential towers will be positioned at the edge of the site to maximise the surrounding views of mountains and sea views, whilst still within walking distance to retail amenities such as a supermarket or café. The Hotel/Serviced apartments will be an independent building that can be a key design element, located close to the mall.
