Principal, Regional Transport Leader – Australia

Neil is an award winning architect with a diverse project portfolio developed in leading national and international practices in Australia, Singapore and London. He joined Woods Bagot Sydney studio as a Design Director and has transitioned into the role of Regional Transport Leader (AUNZ). Neil is a strategic, client focused design leader instrumental in expanding the firm’s regional rail sector with a range of significant city transforming transport and mixed use projects including Sydney’s Central Station, Crows Nest Station, Perth’s Morley to Ellenbrook Line rail extension and Western Sydney International Airport. Neil works closely with both government and private client groups in  advisory and design leadership capacities with large multi-disciplines teams. He was recently the Technical Advisor and Design Review Panelist for Brisbane’s Cross River Rail Development Authority and previously the Design Lead for the NRT consortia’s successful bid for Sydney’s North West Metro. Neil is drawn to clients and complex projects that have the capacity to inspire people, transform places into sustainable urban environments, and support social cohesion well into the future.
