Sydney property industry leaders packed the Clocktower Bar at Shell House on Wednesday the 26th October to celebrate catching up again and welcome Russell Fortmeyer, Global Leader Sustainability at Woods Bagot, who’d come straight from speaking at The Property Congress on the Gold Coast.
Based in LA, Russell’s covered a lot of ground (with carbon offsets, of course) over the past couple of weeks visiting W-B studios around the country.
His message: you’d better get ready because total electrification is coming – fast – and will have a big impact on property use and values.
CEO Nik Karalis revealed it was the first time Woods Bagot’s leadership group had been in the same room since COVID with executives from many of its international studios flying in, including Chairman Sir Philip Dilley, based in London.
The bustling crowd included colleagues from Aurecon, Dexus, Cbus Property, Charter Hall, Greystar, Fortis, Investa Property Group, Laing O’Rourke, Mott MacDonald, Property and Development NSW and many more.
