Now in its tenth year, the Brit List Awards has become one of the UK’s most prestigious honours in hospitality and design, recognising outstanding talent in interior design, hotel architecture and hospitality leadership. This year’s shortlist features over 200 individuals and projects shaping the future of luxury hospitality in the country. 

 Simon began his architectural career with Woods Bagot in 2004 and has practiced across a wide range of sectors and disciplines on both architectural and interior projects. Naturally gravitating towards hospitality and residential projects during his career, one of the first major schemes he worked on when moving to London was the notable Grosvenor House Apartments on Park Lane. Simon is a regular on the speaking circuit at industry events and acts as a judge for accolades including the Architect of the Year Awards and FRAME Awards. 

“I’m honoured to be recognised among such an exceptional group of architects shaping the future of hospitality in the UK,” comments Simon. “This recognition is shared with my colleagues that I’ve had the privilege to lead and work alongside, as well as Woods Bagot’s collaborators and clients who continually challenge us to push boundaries and deliver designs that are both memorable and meaningful.” 

The winners of the Brit List Awards 2026 will be unveiled at an awards ceremony on Thursday, 5 November at Ministry of Sound in London. As well as the 15 individual winners being announced, the Brit List 2026 publication will also be launched profiling the nation’s top 25 designers, architects and hoteliers.
