Designed by Woods Bagot, the complex is located at the intersection of the Dawutong New Industry Belt and the Hongling Innovative Financial Industry Belt, spanning 462,350 square meters.
As part of an urban renewal initiative, this mixed-use development was conceived through a unique Global Studio approach, integrating master planning and architectural design into a single, cohesive vision.
Nestled against a backdrop of scenic mountains and parks, the project aims to create an exceptional “Crown of Luohu” experience. This vision extends from the landmark supertall tower—redefining the Luohu CBD skyline—to a civic centre that seamlessly integrates retail, offices, residential, and community spaces.
The landmark tower features a curved elevation. Its unique layout harmoniously combines high-rise office spaces with low-rise apartments, optimising both functional performance and land-use efficiency.
From the initial stages, complementary buildings and public spaces have been carefully planned to balance business value with future operational needs, creating a brand-new portal for the Luohu district.
With a strong focus on connectivity, accessibility, and sustainability, the master plan incorporates an integrated and experiential retail strategy. A U-shaped circulation system connects all towers and retail podiums, solving the challenges of uneven retail distribution and a high Floor Space Ratio (FSR). This network not only improves navigation but also fosters environments for entertainment, leisure, and well-being.
