A new landmark for Wenling nearing completion

Wenling Center is approaching completion, emerging as a defining new landmark on the city’s waterfront.

Designed as a destination that brings together architecture, place and community, the development reflects Wenling’s growing role as a regional centre and global city.

Anchored by a 300-metre tower, the project combines a five-star hotel, serviced apartments and an expansive podium to create a vibrant mixed-use precinct. Designed to engage both skyline and street, the development balances vertical elegance with a strong connection to the public realm.

The tower’s refined, slender profile is a feat of engineering. Its structure strategically minimises the core and perimeter columns, while the signature crown is meticulously engineered to remain free of internal structure, preserving its distinctive silhouette. At ground level, the project pairs iconic architecture with sensitive waterfront placemaking, prioritising pedestrian movement and water-taxi accessibility.

The signature crown is meticulously engineered to be free of internal structures, preserving its defining feature and enhancing the tower’s iconic presence.

Integrated seamlessly within its natural setting, Wenling Center is shaped by a commitment to sustainable and responsible development. Designed to serve the city long term, it blends ecological sensitivity with premium amenities to create a welcoming destination for travellers, residents and the local community alike.
