The Londoner makes this year’s Building Awards shortlist for Project of the Year

The Londoner

The Londoner hotel in Leicester Square has made the shortlist for Project of the Year at the Building Magazine Awards 2022. After a decade of hard work from the entire project team, The Londoner opened its doors in September 2021. Woods Bagot led the architectural design, joining forces with Arup to deliver a feat of engineering for client Edwardian Hotels Group – with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg and construction by Blue Sky Building.

The Building Awards are led by one of the leading publications for UK Construction. From consultancy firms to clients, this programme aims to celebrate excellence in the build environment across the UK. By being on the shortlist, Woods Bagot joins an impressive list of big-name firms, all vying for this highly coveted accolade!

The awards ceremony will be held in November 2022 at the Grosvenor House Hotel. Good luck to the team and to all of those nominated!
