The shortlist for the 12th CREDAWARD has been announced, with Woods Bagot securing eight entries across multiple categories from urban design and architecture to interior and urban regeneration. Each of them will compete for Gold and Silver Awards in each category in September. As one of the industry’s most respected honors, CREDAWARD celebrates design excellence while chronicling the evolving practice of cities and spaces. Rising to 380 metres, Shenzhen Cloud of Innovation Center is located at the intersection of the Dawutong New Industry Belt and the Hongling Financial Innovation Corridor – an urban seam centra to Luohu’s regeneration and future positioning within the Greater Bay Area. The complex covers 462,350 square meters with mountains and parks landscapes surrounded, aiming for regaining the glory of Luohu district. With a unique Global Studio approach, the Shanghai and Melbourne team delivered a successful scheme proposing an exceptional “Crown of Luohu” experience from landmark tower redefining the skyline of Luohu CBD to a civic center integrating retail, offices, residential education and community spaces.
Spanning an impressive 130,000 square meters, Haikou Jiangdong Tiandi is envisioned as an urban complex that seamlessly blends creative office spaces, ecological commerce, coastal entertainment, and art exhibitions to lead the innovation and growth of Hainan Free Trade Port. Emphasizing “Ecology + Transit‑Oriented Development,” the design merges natural landscapes with urban life through sunken plazas, sky corridors, and curved façades. As Hainan’s first TOD coastal complex, the project aimed to craft not just buildings, but a narrative that invites people to engage with the architecture and the community it serves.
Rising 89 metres in Fuzhou’s Jin’an District, the IGG Tianmeng Tower reimagines the city’s iconic banyan tree as a 50,000-square-metre office building, a living symbol of growth, resilience and innovation. Conceived as a “Banyan Castle,” the tower’s sculptural form integrates sky terraces and vertical greenery, extending the city’s natural fabric into the workplace. lending local identity with the imaginative spirit of gaming, the project creates a next-generation workplace where architecture and interiors work in concert: from the organic, cantilevered form that extends Fuzhou’s green canopy skyward, to immersive interior environments that translate game logic into spatial experience.
Anchored by a 26‑meter‑high Urban Hall, KR Center challenges conventional office typologies by shifting toward openness and shared urban settings. With a GFA of approximately 190,000 square metres, the development consists of two 80-metre office towers set above a podium and houses Ant Group and other leading enterprises. Their balanced, symmetrical composition subtly references Beijing’s historic urban fabric. Its design prioritizes daylight, human experience, and sustainability, redefining the workplace as a civic space where city and office life converge.
At the heart of Wulin Square, Woods Bagot’s transformation of Hangzhou Mansion AB Towers revitalizes one of the city’s most prominent retail landmarks. Guided by the concept “Lighting On,” the upgrade reconfigures façades, courtyards, and public interfaces to amplify commercial value and brand presence. The project repositions Hangzhou Mansion as a premier fashion and lifestyle destination, with BC Tower interiors underway.
Conceived as a “super core” in Nanjing’s Xuanwu District, the project fuses nature, lifestyle, and technology. Its 700‑meter façade evokes the flow of galaxies, creating a “breathing skin” for the city. Multi‑level ground planes ensure accessibility, while innovations such as a naked‑eye 3D screen, rooftop observatory, and star‑themed gardens blend technology, art, and sustainability. Pet‑friendly and cycling‑friendly strategies expand inclusivity, positioning it as a landmark destination.
A flagship mixed‑use development within Hainan’s Free Trade Port, Sanya Joy City integrates shopping, entertainment, culture, and leisure into a cohesive destination. Conceived as an “Oasis Stage,” its striking “red box” façade and double‑skin glazing respond to tropical climate while creating dynamic light effects. Since opening in 2024, the 93,600 sqm complex has welcomed over 18 million visitors annually, with sales exceeding RMB 1.6 billion.
Located in Xiaoshan, Hangzhou, T‑ONE MO redefines community‑scale retail with a compact, sustainable, and experience‑driven design. Inspired by Jiangnan culture and West Lake imagery, interiors employ proportion, materiality, and light to evoke regional memory. Organized around the concept of a “time filter,” circulation paths transform movement into exploration and social interaction, creating a flexible and high‑quality commercial interior environment.
