Ovolo The Valley is a design-led lifestyle hotel located in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley. Inspired by the vibrancy of its surroundings and in celebration of the brand’s playful spirit, the rebranding refurbishment is conceptualised as a series of unique and tangible guest experiences through imaginative and wondrous interior environments.
The design explores Fortitude Valley’s cultural and eclectic history spanning music, art and fashion for a uniquely contextual design narrative.

Striking a balance between style and functionality, the refurbishment transcends tired hotel brand standards to deliver a highly bespoke and sculptural interior.
Bold and dynamic, the design elevates the hotel brand and its guests; The concept seeks to innovate and advance the hotel and hospitality experience through individualised and design driven guest and brand experiences.
Blurring the lines between art and the interior, the design team collaborated with multiple artists and creatives throughout the hotel and guestrooms design. The result enriches the guest experience but creating an expressive dialogue between the space, art and the guest.
