ArchiPro Australia’s Commercial Project of the Month is Melbourne Connect from Woods Bagot, in partnership with Brickworks.

Lendlease and Woods Bagot’s innovation precinct Melbourne Connect has also achieved multiple 6-Star Green Star ratings from the Green Building Council of Australia.

The project has been awarded 6-Star Green Star v1.1 rating for the commercial building and the adjacent student accommodation building, and a 6-Star Green Star v1.2 rating for the interior fit-out for University of Melbourne’s Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology.

Collaborators include Hayball (residential building), Landscape Architects ASPECT Studios, Arup and Brickworks Building Products.
