Innovation has become the single most important point of difference for organizations. With data and answers at our finger tips, the ability to think creatively and solve complex problems becomes more important for our future than process. 

 

This shift from process to creation has meant a huge focus on innovation – and how to get it. From business to individuals to corporate culture to education – everything is being impacted by this drive for continual innovation.

Large corporates are exploring how to enhance innovation within their organizations. Companies, like Google, that were built on innovation are striving to maintain it as they grow. And universities are learning how to teach it – to equip the next generation with the skills they will need to survive in the next generation. 

There are so many different ways that we see our tenants ‘finding’ and ‘enhancing’ innovation within their organizations – and most often they have a physical manifestation. In this session we explore three different approaches to enhancing innovation.
