The St Regis Marrakech Resort & Assoufid residential development projects in Marrakech, Morocco, have been named Best Hotel Architecture Morocco and Best Residential Development Morocco at this year’s International Property Awards (Africa & Arabia). Within the same awards programme, these projects were also nominees for the Best Hotel & Residential Development Africa categories.
These award wins mark yet another major success for these projects – still underway and due to complete in 2024 –celebrating a major scheme that will redefine luxury and provide a beautiful new destination in this vibrant city.
Woods Bagot completed the architectural and master planning concept design for this development, led by client United Real Estate Company (URC) and in collaboration with executive consultant SSH. Designed around the award-winning 18-hole Assoufid golf course and set against the spectacular backdrop of the Atlas Mountains, this 750,000 sqm exclusive community includes a luxury St Regis hotel and resort, premium residences, residential apartments, and a vibrant retail destination.
