The World’s Best Workplace 2020

​Congratulations BHP whose office in Adelaide, Australia, is named number 1 globally in the latest Leesman Index. 
The Adelaide office shows that BHP is about more than mining and driving trucks; the company is spearheading progressive change to create sensitive workplaces. BHP Adelaide celebrates diversity, connects its varied workforce across remote mining sites and the city, and supports BHP’s aspiration for gender balance by 2025.

The Leesman Index is an independent, internationally benchmarked report on user surveys of workplace experience and enjoyment. 2020 is the second consecutive year a BHP workplace designed by Woods Bagot has been ranked global number 1 in the Leesman Index (the first was BHP Manila, 2019).
