As workplace expectations continue to evolve, workspaces are shifting from static environments to dynamic platforms for collaboration, culture and growth. The refurbishment of the Henkel Management Centre in Shanghai — the company’s Asia-Pacific and Greater China headquarters — responds to this transformation. 
Nanjing China Merchants Center is a TOD urban complex designed by Woods Bagot with services across master planning, architectural design, and interior design. With a total GFA of 465,000 sqm, the mixed-use development includes retail, office tower, service apartment, and residential, setting to become a multifaceted, livable, friendly, and innovative urban landmark in Nanjing.
In the rapidly evolving cityscape of Nanjing, Xuanwu Garden City emerges as a new urban landmark - an immersive commercial complex blending astronomy-inspired design with ecological sensibility. Drawing inspiration from the Zijin Mountain Observatory and the biodiversity of Hongshan Forest Zoo, the project creates a unique “Astronomy + Ecology” destination rooted in local identity.

Featuring 29 apartments above ground-floor retail, this bespoke development is designed to feel both calm and connected, engaging with the vibrant Hampton high street while sequestering residents in a tranquil urban oasis.  Low in scale, recessive in nature, the building is set back generously from the laneway to maintain the grain of the surrounding context.  

Woods Bagot has designed Artistry Residences for Select Group, a premium residential development in Dubai Design District (d3). Artistry Residences, conceived as both an architectural landmark and a lifestyle statement, redefine contemporary waterfront living within one of the city’s most creative and culturally vibrant destinations.

Introducing Siranna—an architectural masterpiece nestled along the Gulf of Aqaba, seamlessly blending sophistication and natural beauty. Inspired by forgotten civilizations, its design integrates with the adjacent mountain and wadi, creating a truly unique experience for guests.
Designed by Woods Bagot, the new fitout of a major resources company transforms 40,000sqm across 19 levels into interconnected villages that celebrate Western Australia’s diverse terrain.
Rising 89 metres in Fuzhou's Jin'an District, the IGG Tianmeng Tower reimagines the city's iconic banyan tree as a 50,000-square-metre office building, a living symbol of growth, resilience and innovation. Merging sustainability and digital culture, the project creates a next-generation workplace where architecture and interiors work in concert: from the organic, cantilevered form that extends Fuzhou's green canopy skyward, to immersive interior environments that translate game logic into spatial experience. 
Designed by Woods Bagot, the renovation of the Hangzhou Mansion AB blocks covers the façade, inner courtyard and surrounding public realm. This transformative project revitalises one of Wulin Square’s most iconic landmarks in the heart of Hangzhou, China.  Guided by the concept “Lighting On,” the design reinterprets the commercial complex through innovative spatial restructuring and stenographic experience making, reinvigorating its cultural and economic vitality. 
Woods Bagot has unveiled the new Brisbane workplace for national law firm Holding Redlich, continuing a long-term partnership that has redefined the firm’s approach to the modern legal workplace. Following successful collaborations in Melbourne and Canberra, the project represents the third in a series of connected designs that respond uniquely to each city’s local character.

Olimpia Square forms the nucleus of a new, sustainable centre of Kyiv. Anchored by two towers of 20 and 21 storeys, the development is united by a continuous public connection at the second level. This forms a raised spine that shapes the square and actively integrates surrounding landmarks, including the historic Operetta Theatre and the Holy Trinity Church, into the heart of the project.
Located in the heart of Düsseldorf's Central Business District, the existing building at Kasernenstrasse 6 is a 1980 extension to the historic Wilhelm Marx Haus, one of Europe's earliest tall buildings.
Completed in 1991, the Hang Seng Bank Headquarters at 83 Des Voeux Road Central is a landmark in Hong Kong's financial heart. Strategically positioned at Des Voeux Road Central and Connaught Road, it connects seamlessly to the city's elevated walkways, linking key destinations like the IFC complex and Central Market.
Drawing inspiration from Chelsea's renowned gallery scene and the beloved High Line, the design embraces clean, bright aesthetics and flexible spaces that enhance visibility and adaptability. The result beautifully captures the dynamic energy of the neighborhood.
Located in the Hongqiao Linkong Economic Zone in Shanghai’s Changning district, the Livat Shanghai represents Ingka Centers’ largest investment to date in China. The complex combines a 210,000 sqm Livat (meeting place) with five mixed-use office towers offering 65,000 sqm of workspace, including its self-office.

Woods Bagot has completed the interior design for an innovative 850sqm show suite on Level 8 of Westralia Square 2, Western Australia's first commercial timber hybrid tower. The new fitout has pioneered a modular XFrame system out of 100% plywood, creating a fully demountable, fully recyclable, premium commercial workspace.  

The Hangzhou Riverside Center is a landmark commercial complex that unites two office towers and a retail podium in a cohesive urban ecosystem. Inspired by the Rubik’s Cube, its rotated volumes, sunken plazas and green terraces create movement and connection across the public realm while reflecting Hangzhou’s cultural heritage through sustainable design.
