The Bisby, a 34-story multi-family residence, redefines urban living in Newport, New Jersey, through a thoughtful integration of luxury, functionality, and community. Our interior design approach draws inspiration from the dynamic rhythm of city life and the natural environment, creating residences that are both sophisticated and welcoming. Located in the heart of Newport, adjacent to Newport Green, one of Jersey City's largest parks, the Bisby offers residents an amenities-forward lifestyle.

Goodwood Hill

Set within the verdant heritage enclave of Goodwood Hill, this project reinterprets a conserved black & white bungalow into a sophisticated family home that balances historical integrity with modern-day comfort. The design embraces the stately charm of colonial architecture while layering in the warmth and textures of Nanyang heritage alongside contemporary sensibilities.

Elevating Motorsport, Empowering Community

A new benchmark in hybrid civic and sporting infrastructure, the revitalised Australian Grand Prix Precinct will redefine how elite events and community needs can coexist. Woods Bagot has been appointed to lead the architectural vision for the redevelopment of the Albert Park Pit Building (APPB), with ASPECT leading the landscape architecture. The project is being delivered in collaboration with Icon, AECOM, Development Victoria, the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions, and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.

Nike Rise, Birmingham

Focusing on the sport addict, sport and fitness enthusiast, and the sport inspired consumer, the Birmingham Nike Rise concept store is a gateway to service & an invitation to sport in the city. Situated behind Birmingham's iconic bull, global retailer Nike is making a bold presence in the heart of Birmingham. Part of the Birmingham Bullring Shopping Centre, the Nike Rise store is in close proximity to the local high street and the Birmingham New Street train station which serves an estimate of 48 million people annually.

Nike Rise Manchester

Situated within the Arndale Manchester Shopping Centre, global retailer Nike is bringing the Nike Rise store concept to Manchester. The store is decorated with digital and engaging content throughout the interior and exterior. The first design of its kind globally for the Nike Rise concept was the feature stair, with a full height digital screen surrounding it.

The Belongil Sanctuary

The Belongil Estuary is always changing. The slice of land tucked just above Byron Bay is at the mercy of both the tide and coastal erosion caused by extreme low pressure weather patterns. Certain times see parts of the beach disappear entirely – reappearing once the moon has relinquished its pull.

Resting between Bondi and Bronte, a tranquil pocket of coastal life. Tamarama’s eighty-meter stretch of deep sandy beach is prized for its easterly outlook, strong surf currents, and quintessential community lifestyle. Where Bondi and Bronte attract the vast swell of Sydney’s population, Tamarama’s allure is in its subtle sophistication and air of exclusivity.

Castleton Works

Castleton Works is a catalytic transformation of a disused carpark into a new sustainability-oriented community of 386 build-to-rent homes. Given the site is close to Leeds City Centre and well serviced by public transit, we proposed a car-free development that offers its residents a low-carbon lifestyle. The project is the first in an ongoing partnership between Woods Bagot and Solaris Real Estate focusing on living sector developments.

21 Lombard Street

Situated in the heart of the City of London, this scheme sees the transformation of an obsolete 1990s building into a world-class sustainable workspace destination. The scheme maximises the reduction of embodied and operational carbon by retaining and reusing over 70% of the existing building fabric, with demolition limited to poorly performing areas of the facade and frame. The MEP equipment will be completely replaced with an all electric system.
