Strategically located on the waterfront, the D3 Masterplan is conceived as an urban oasis in the heart of Dubai, expanding the existing district and the city’s creative core. The development is framed by spectacular views: a serene bird sanctuary to the east and the iconic Burj Khalifa to the west.
The masterplan is crafted around the Design Line, a pedestrian-centric mobility pathway that connects the masterplan together where visitors and residents can walk, cycle and run on a dedicated path without interruptions from streets, cars or roads. Within the Design Line, there are areas for Art Instillations, seating, exercise and seasonal pop-ups which activates this elevated realm. The Design Line provides an experiential journey through the D3 masterplan seamlessly connecting districts and avoiding road crossings. It shapes a liveable and creative district with an upscale trendy community where one can walk, run and cycle to and from school or work without the need for cars, establishing a vibrant and enduring urban condition for d3.
