Christopher Lye returns to 2025 WIN Awards Grand Prix Jury Panel

For the second consecutive year, Woods Bagot Principal Christopher Lye has been invited to serve on the WIN Awards Grand Prix Jury Panel. He will join Chair of Judges Tina Norden, Editor of WIN Awards Helen Parton, and other industry leaders in evaluating category winners to select the competition’s highest honours.

Lye brings a discerning perspective informed by his own award-winning work, which includes projects such as Suzhou Yanlord Cangjie, Hazen Ark Center, Shenzhen Yanlord Dream Center and Ningbo Unipark.

Reflecting on his judging process for the Restaurants & Cafés category winners, Chris notes: “We value a clear narrative and purposeful execution, where every design decision demonstrates deliberate intent, visual excellence and the ability to innovate within constraints. The most compelling entries show how thoughtful design can transform spaces into memorable experiences and represent strong candidates for recognition.”

“Awards establish industry benchmarks, differentiate design capability, and validate innovation. They celebrate achievement and recognize work that sets new standards in both thought leadership and execution.” When asked why the awards is important in celebrating the work of organization, said Chris.

Woods Bagot’s projects have consistently garnered recognition at the WIN Awards, with notable past winners including Hysan Place, Hongxing Tourism Headquarters, and Swiss Re Singapore Workplace.

“Beyond recognition,” Chris continues, “Awards also inspires our entire community to reach higher.”

We look forward to seeing this year’s winners soon.
