Shanghai Oubang is realised in two locations – Hongqiao for the company’s prominent HQ and Changning as a new clinic in their portfolio. Both locations had been previously designed and construction had commenced. Following the success of the design direction established in Oubang Zhengzhou, W-B were engaged to roll-out the refreshed brand image for these additional locations.
The approach for Hongqiao was to embrace and leverage the unique qualities of the site – a three floor central atrium with retractable roof and an extensive private garden. The project will see a focus on enhancing the client arrival through the exterior landscaping and on to the communal spaces within.
