The facility incorporates a world-class cancer treatment centre featuring Proton Therapy, making it the first of its kind in Australia. Designed to support collaboration and interdisciplinary research, the building accommodates clinical trials, third-party research organisations and commercial partners alongside leading research laboratories.
The design encourages interaction through flexible and adaptable workspaces, interconnected collaboration zones and strong visual connections between floors. A carefully integrated landscape strategy creates welcoming public and private spaces, balancing openness with the specialist requirements of clinical and research environments.
