James possesses a strong background integrating design and technical elements on a broad range of project types, including commercial-office, mixed use, and hospitality projects in North America, Asia and the Middle East. His experience covers the complete development process from working with public agencies, preparation and coordination of contract documents, to the project’s supervision and implementation during construction.

Having served as a senior technical coordinator with international architecture firms and as a project manager for a real estate and investment firm, James brings to Woods Bagot a unique perspective. He promotes and fosters an environment of open dialogue with clients and the entire consultant team that in turn maximizes the benefits of the building materials and environmental systems.
