Woods Bagot is delighted to share an update on our growing portfolio of work in Germany, having taken on a new role with client Hines. While further details on this project remain confidential, we can now confirm that we have carried out an activation study for the workplace development ‘aer’ in Munich.

As part of this study, our team has looked at how we can redevelop an existing site to create spaces that serve the needs to the people using them, increasing value for both operators and employers. We also reviewed opportunities to maximize ground-floor activity, creating a campus-like environment which is human and engaging.

This new role is the latest in our growing presence in Germany, working with Google on the Arnulfpost campus and having worked with Oxford Properties to reposition the landmark Sony Center Berlin. Additionally, Woods Bagot has developed a strong relationship with German hotelier, the AMANO Group, delivering their first UK destination in Covent Garden.
