Perched atop an articulated podium structure, a mix of approximately 160 apartments and four penthouses will be incorporated across three structures; orientated to capture views of Adelaide’s city, coast and hills.

The three buildings will be connected by a multi-functional podium and include access to indoor and outdoor swimming pools, as well as a gym, spa and sauna.

An active retail strip will build on O’Connell’s high street history – presenting cafés, restaurants and thoroughfares to create visitor permeability across the development. The unique podium will form the project’s urban density and connect the development with the broader North Adelaide public realm.

The long-awaited catalyst project will transform North Adelaide and bring vibrancy to one of the city’s premier streets.
