Woods Bagot Associate Felicia Dymalla has been appointed to the London Property Alliance’s (LPA) NextGen Committee, taking on responsibilities for supporting and connecting the next generation of talent shaping London’s real estate sector.
The LPA NextGen Committee comprises a leadership group of young professionals from across Westminster and the City of London’s built environment sector, providing a valuable voice for future industry leaders. Through an innovative programme of events and content, the committee advocates for a more diverse and representative future for the sector and helps people in the early stages of their career build industry knowledge and strengthen their professional networks.
“It’s fantastic to be part of the LPA NextGen Committee, after getting a taste for the role while part of the City Property Association’s NextGen Committee last year,” says Felicia. “Early in your career, saying yes to opportunities and putting yourself out there can make a huge difference, but having the spaces to do that is just as important. I’m looking forward to supporting initiatives that make the industry more accessible and helping members connect in ways beyond traditional networking formats.”
With experience across the UK and Australia, Felicia has worked on a wide range of projects and developed a strong interest in how thoughtful design can shape people’s everyday experiences. She brings a collaborative approach to her work and a focus on creating spaces that feel both high-quality and genuinely engaging to use.
Current projects Felicia is helping shape include 85 Gracechurch Street, which was recently named Best New Development at this year’s MIPIM Awards.
