Woods Bagot has carefully referenced elements that reflect the local identity alongside conducting in-depth research into interior layouts to maximise space efficiency, employing a modular, fully integrated internal design. The elegant spaces are finished in a palette of warm, earthy tones and carefully selected materials to create unique experiences including co-working zones, podcast areas, and lobby fostering a sense of belonging and interaction.  All come together to elevate everyday living while nurturing a strong community. 

Woods Bagot’s design approach involved extensive research resulting in innovative furniture solutions to complement the vision providing flexibility, dual-purpose elements and clearly defined yet integrated areas.

On the podium floor, Aspect Studios has developed a lagoon retreat offering social spaces that inspire and engage residents through an inviting environment. Additional outdoor working spaces further enhance opportunities for collaboration and connection. The rooftop wellbeing centre offers a dedicated space for health and relaxation with expansive city views.

A standout feature is the carpark façade, inspired by the vibrant native bougainvillea, transformed into a dynamic sculptural element that animates the building from day to night and reinforces a strong sense of place..
