Project details

Two Melbourne Quarter (2MQ) is the third commercial office building at the expansive Melbourne Quarter project in Melbourne’s Docklands. The 30-level tower will provide 49,000 square metres of office space designed to accommodate the growing shift toward flexible working arrangements. In addition to providing a range of workplace and wellbeing amenities, the building will target a 6-star Green Star rating and a 5-star NABERS energy rating.

2MQ is one of seven commercial and residential buildings planned for the precinct. When complete, the precinct will offer approximately 130,000 sqm of office space for more than 12,000 employees.

The total expression of 2MQ is of a pure crystalline form that is further defined by a strong architectural gesture that meanders through the development; binding the expression into a single identity. The office building is a simple sculptural form with the aim of creating an elegant and timeless design.
