Rising almost 170 metres above the city, Woods Bagot’s vision for Makati Commerce Tower will create a strong vertical presence and a prominent new addition to Manila’s skyline.
Inspired by patterns and rhythms associated with coding, digital technology and data processing, the overall design concept masterfully balances texture and shadow to create a striking façade minimising solar heat loading throughout the year.

A highly efficient and flexible floor plate provides a superior work environment which is interconnected and adaptable to the changing market. F&B amenities and green spaces are located throughout the Tower. These internal and external space are also open to the broader community making for social interaction and include permanent installations celebrating the work of local artists and sculptors.
