Steve Martin is the Chairman of the Board and brings exceptional professional credentials. A former Deputy Global Vice Chair of Consulting at EY, he led one of the world’s largest advisory businesses with over 50,000 professionals. Today, he advises private equity firms and boards on growth, innovation, and transformation, and serves as Chair of Arbolus.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY, Steve held a range of client-facing and leadership roles during his tenure. He was a founding partner of EY’s Financial Services Advisory business in EMEIA and later led the firm’s global consulting operations. He has served on a number of international boards and leadership groups focused on strategy, operations, investment and innovation.
