The mixed-use building will be an amenity-rich, lushly-planted development that will blend in with the neighborhood scale and materiality. Dogpatch Green Wall Becomes Neighbhorhood Landmark


Dezeen featured 2177 3rd St. in San Francisco, whose living wall covers five whole stories. The vertical garden attracts local pollinators such as honeybees, moths and bumblebees. The new residential development is designed to take advantage of California’s balmy climate, with an inner courtyard, individual balconies, and a roof deck with views of the bay. Open pedestrian bridges link different parts of the building and allow the breeze to pass through.

As, the project imagines how electric vehicle charging stations could become visitor destinations that change throughout the day and over the years. 

 


Port of Seattle Awards Concourse C Facility Expansion at SEA Airport to Woods Bagot and Miller Hull 


The Port of Seattle has hired Woods Bagot and the Miller Hill Partnership as joint project design leaders to create a dynamic, performative, and sustainable facility expansion within Concourse C at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Supported by a diverse team of local experts, Miller Hull and Woods Bagot are creating an amazing destination retail experience using a rich array of local shopping and dining options. The projected completion date is 2027.
