Woods Bagot Principals and the wider team, together with architect and editor James Sanders, welcomed guests to celebrate the New York Studio’s 15 years in New York and the publication of Renewing the Dream.

2023 marked the 15-year anniversary for the Woods Bagot New York Studio. As the year comes to an end, clients, colleagues, and friends gathered at a private club in midtown Manhattan to mark 15 years of design excellence in New York. The evening also celebrated the publication of Renewing the Dream: The Mobility Revolution and the Future of Los Angeles, our latest publication in collaboration with Rizzoli, book editor James Sanders, global place consultancy Era-co, and renowned urban landscape contributors, including Frances Anderton, Donald Shoup, and Mark Vallianatos.

The event was an opportunity to reflect on the beginnings of Woods Bagot’s presence in North America and toast the studio’s continued commitment to our clients, our passion for design, and a dedication to People Architecture.

Principal and New York Studio Chair, Matthew Stephenson said, “It is an honor to celebrate this milestone with so many people that have been a part of our first 15 years in New York. We are excited to continue our next generation of research and practice within New York and cities around the world.”

Notable guests included author and architectural critic Paul Goldberger, Margaret Chase, Associate Publisher of Rizzoli Electa, Gregg Pasquarelli, Amanda Burden, Molly Ringwald, and Griffin Dunne.
