Double the success for the Woods Bagot Dubai Studio as the Commercial Interior Design Awards shortlists are announced

The Woods Bagot team in Dubai are delighted to have not one, but two finalists, at this year’s Commercial Interior Design awards – one of the regions most prestigious interior design awards programmes.

With the shortlists published online over the last week, one of the first was the Hotels category, where the recently completed 25hours Hotel One Central in Dubai was named a finalist!

The 25hours Hotel One Central opened its doors towards the end of 2021, with an interior design by Woods Bagot that is led by memorable, authentic, and unique guest experiences.

This category aims to celebrate “an inspired scheme that pays close attention to conceptual coherence throughout a large, multifunctional space and which takes into account the needs of members of staff and heightens the guest experience.”

Shortly after, Aleksandra Nastic, Senior Associate Interior Designer at Woods Bagot, was named a finalist in the Interior Designer of the Year category. Aleksandra led the design at the 25hours Hotel One Central, bringing the vibrant and travel-inspired interior to this one-of-a-kind Dubai destination.

This category recognises “the most innovative commercial interior designer currently working in the Middle East…a truly professional, forward-thinking designer who consistently delivers original, intelligent and effective design solutions for their clients.”

Congratulations both to Aleksandra and the entire 25hours Hotel One Central project team on reaching this stage of the awards – and good luck for the ceremony later this year.
