About the Role

We’re seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our Adelaide studio and contribute to major city-shaping projects across a range of sectors.

You will play a key role in design leadership, project delivery, client engagement, and mentoring emerging team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across a range of typologies.
• Collaborate with Principals, Project Leaders, clients, and project teams to develop high-quality design outcomes.
• Oversee the production of design and technical documentation.
• Communicate design ideas through presentations, drawings, and models.
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and support architects and designers within the studio.
• Contribute positively to studio culture through leadership and collaboration.

About You

You are an experienced architect or designer with strong design, delivery, and leadership skills. You enjoy working collaboratively and have a proven track record delivering complex projects.

You Will Be Able to Demonstrate

• 10-15 years’ experience in architectural practice.
• Master of Architecture qualification, registration preferred.
• Experience delivering complex projects across a range of sectors.
• Strong design and project delivery capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating consultant teams.
• Strong understanding of documentation and construction processes.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit; Rhino highly regarded.
