Woods Bagot Associate Felicia Dymalla has been selected to sit on the London Property Alliance’s (LPA) new NextGen Committee. The appointment will enable her to play a vital role in helping the capital’s next generation of real estate leaders to grow their industry expertise and expand their professional networks.
The LPA NextGen Committee brings together the previous NextGen groups of the City Property Association (CPA) and Westminster Property Association. By offering a forum of educational, engaging, and innovative content to benefit younger professionals and those who have recently joined the real estate sector, the committee aims to remove barriers to entering the property industry and progressing within it.
“It’s fantastic to be part of the new and improved LPA NextGen Committee, after getting a taste for the role while part of the CPA NextGen Committee last year,” says Felicia. “I’m eager to get involved with as many networking events and mentoring opportunities as possible to help up-and-coming members of the LPA to become more engaged and embedded in the industry as they progress their careers.”
Current projects Felicia is helping to shape include 85 Gracechurch Street, which was recently named Best New Development at this year’s MIPIM Awards.
