Project details

Inspired by the nearby Zijin Mountain Observatory, Woods Bagot has linked plots A, B, C, and F into a fascinating interstellar exploration journey.

Five themed zones offer engaging, aesthetic, and human-centered commercial experiences. The site is divided into three tiers: the high zone serves as a engine with three themed areas; the mid zone showcases efficient retail spaces; and the 40,000 sqm underground space transforms into a “Galactic Dreamscape.”

The west wing, “Interstellar Station,” is an entertainment zone—a hub for sports, dining, hi-tech, theater, and games, attracting young trendsetters. The central wing, “Gourmet High Street,” reflecting a sustainable future. The east wing, “Starlight Park,” offers a dreamlike indoor theme space for families and cultural events.

At the core, “Interstellar Stage” features a central atrium with natural light, warm wood and metal finishes, designed for immersive events. The underground space “Galactic Dreamscape” enchants with lush greenery, vivid colors, and fantastical zones, offering a magical retail journey.
