About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning Programs Coordinator to lead the coordination of global training programs – especially in compliance and risk. You’ll manage logistics, support digital learning, and contribute to content creation when needed.

Your Responsibilities

Coordinate Learning Programs:

  • Manage logistics for global training, particularly our Compliance and Risk Program
  • Organise training campaigns, sessions, schedule communications, and track participation
  • Liaise with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors
  • Continuously improve training processes and documentation

Deliver Compliance Training:

  • Launch and manage online compliance courses using our SaaS partner platform (LRN), including limited content customisation where applicable
  • Upload customised content, enroll users, send reminders, and handle help desk queries
  • Track completion rates using PowerBI and generate reports using LRN and SAP SuccessFactors

Support Instructional Design:

  • Assist in creating learning materials (slide decks, job aids, and eLearning modules)
  • Use tools like Articulate Rise to support content development
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Organisational Development Manager on training design and coordination

Curate and Support Learning Content:

  • Build learning paths using LinkedIn Learning
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees

About You

You’re an organised and motivated L&D professional with 1-3 years of experience in training coordination or learning delivery. You’re confident managing logistics, working with stakeholders, and supporting the rollout of global learning programs. You enjoy taking ownership, solving problems, and making learning easier and more effective – especially in compliance and risk.

You will be able to Demonstrate

  • 1–3 years’ experience in L&D, training coordination, or instructional design
  • Strong organisational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Familiar with tools like Articulate Rise, Canva, or Adobe Captivate
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone); SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in adult education, HR, communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)
