The Role

We are looking for a Graduate of Architecture or experienced Designer with 3-5 years experience to join our busy Perth studio of high-performers. Your positive and professional attitude, design thinking and compatibility to team culture will be key to securing this role.

This is a career growth opportunity that will allow you to work under experienced project leaders and designers, to learn and up-skill as part of a collaborative team not just in Perth, but within the region of Australia.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Project Leader in a 2IC capacity
  • Assist with resolving design issues
  • Ability to communicate/understand sketches, 3D vignettes and drawings
  • Undertake production of the project in Revit, in accordance with WB standards.
  • Take direction from the Project Leader and collaborate with the wider team
  • Capable of taking initiative where possible

About You

You’re a design-savvy, forward-thinking graduate with 3+ years of hands-on experience, ready to step into a studio that thrives on innovation and collaboration. Passionate about shaping meaningful spaces, you bring a sharp eye for detail, strong conceptual thinking and confidence in communicating ideas – both visually and verbally. You’re fluent in Revit, adept in navigating complex briefs and eager to contribute to diverse, future-focused projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3-5 years post-graduate experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
  • Strong Revit skills essential
  • Rhino exposure highly regarded
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience assisting with concept design & design development
  • Ability to articulate design process and thinking
  • Solid understanding of architectural documentation process and technical capabilities.
