Project details

Each of the 385 homes—from studios to four-bedroom penthouses—features expansive layouts, oversized windows, and private balconies that frame panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline and waterfront. Open-plan kitchens are equipped with top-tier appliances, Vincenza Oak cabinetry, and quartz countertops, balancing practicality and elegance. Spa-inspired bathrooms, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, and seamlessly integrated smart-home features further elevate daily living. Natural materials, cool-toned woods, terrazzo, and plush upholstery infuse the interiors with warmth and tranquillity, while curated greenery connects residents to nature. Our design intent sought to foster a sense of sanctuary and belonging, ensuring every space—from bedrooms flooded with natural light to collaborative coworking areas—supports modern lifestyles.

The Bisby offers residents a comprehensive selection of amenities including a 33,000sf rooftop which includes a pickleball court, outdoor fitness space, dog run, sun deck, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The two-level coworking center, content studio, golf simulator, fitness center, and lounge spaces are all designed to blend comfort with utility, encouraging both productivity and relaxation.

Every detail at the Bisby is curated to create a seamless, connected living experience that celebrates both the vibrancy of Newport and the serenity of home.
