Residential Experience Goes Beyond Tenants Personal Four Walls

Embassy Gardens

The brief for the London residential project was to design a space that can be lived, worked and wandered in. Set in a neighborhood of new commercial and residential buildings, the idea for the interiors of the building was to create an experience “beyond your four walls,” with shared facilities such as a members’ club, gym, and library.

Project details

While the open spaces have a lively rhythm, the apartment interiors have a more restrained feel. Tall ceilings, open floor spaces and floor to ceiling windows give tenants a larger sense of space. Subtle use of materials such as marble and oak parquet flooring elevate the quality while details such as walnut veneers and ceramic handles enhance the resident’s sensory experience.
