Welcoming Steve Martin as Chairman — with thanks to Sir Philip Dilley.

After 10 years as our Chairman, we sincerely thank and farewell Sir Philip Dilley for his influence and guidance to our business.

Over the past decade, Sir Philip has made a considerable and lasting impact on Woods Bagot and 7C. He has elevated the governance capabilities of our Board and strengthened the foundations of our shareholder models. His legacy is not only structural, but cultural – creating a lasting positive impact that will shape our business for years to come.

We now warmly welcome Steve Martin to the role of Chairman of the Board. Steve brings exceptional professional credentials. A former Managing Partner at EY he held various leadership roles focused on growth, innovation, and transformation, including Deputy in one of the world’s largest advisory businesses with over 50,000 professionals. Today, he advises private equity firms on acquisitions in professional services, and serves as Chair of Arbolus.

Steve knows Woods Bagot well – from his early days as a colleague of Clive Williams, Sir Philip’s predecessor in the Chair role. Steve’s combination of strategic expertise, financial acumen, and human-centred leadership make him ideally placed to guide 7C’s continued evolution.

We thank Sir Philip for a decade of outstanding leadership, and welcome Steve as we look ahead to the future.
