La Vie, within the Jumeirah Beach Residence area, is starting to make an impression on the Dubai coastline with the final stages of façade installation. 

This stunning new residential tower is located on one of the last remaining seafront plots in JBR. With private beach access and breathtaking panoramic views, La Vie radiates a Miami vibe that will redefine contemporary, luxury beach-front living in Dubai.

Woods Bagot has been responsible for the design of the architecture and interiors. Following the successful launch of the project, the team has been working hard on site in a design guardianship role on behalf of the client.

Currently, the interior fit-out of apartments and public areas is at an advanced stage, while city-facing landscaping is nearing completion. Progress is moving quickly on the exclusive seafront resort, featuring three swimming pools and a beach club.
