About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Leader to join our Sydney Studio and play a key role in the successful design and delivery of major aviation and infrastructure projects across Australia and the broader region. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect who combines strong design capability with proven project leadership skills. You will lead projects from concept design through to delivery, ensuring design excellence is maintained throughout all project stages while successfully managing programme, budget, stakeholder, and technical requirements.

About You
You are an accomplished Architectural Project Leader with a proven track record leading both the design and delivery of complex, large-scale projects. Equally comfortable in front of clients, leading design reviews, or managing technical delivery, you bring a balanced skill set that combines creative leadership, commercial awareness, and project execution.
You are passionate about architecture and design quality, while also possessing the technical expertise and leadership skills required to successfully deliver complex projects in challenging stakeholder environments.
