You will draw on your established technical, design, and communication skills to drive tasks forward with minimal supervision, proactively resolve issues, and maintain a high standard of professionalism across all project stages. This role is well suited to someone who is confident working independently, able to manage competing priorities, and motivated to contribute to a strong, collaborative studio culture.

  • Maintain organised project information, ensuring documentation follows studio protocols and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior team members when required.

About you:

You will bring solid experience across Interior Design projects and a confident understanding of how design, documentation, and coordination come together to deliver high-quality outcomes. You combine creative thinking with strong technical capability and are comfortable taking ownership of defined project components.

You are an effective communicator who builds trust with clients, consultants, and colleagues, contributing positively to team culture and project momentum. You proactively identify potential issues, seek clarity early, and help steer your workstream toward high‑quality results. With a professional, organised, and solutions‑focused approach, you support project leaders while continuing to deepen your expertise and broaden your impact within the studio.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience in interior design or architecture
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent
  • Strong Revit capability, with confidence delivering interiors documentation independently
