About the Role

We are seeking Architects / Designers with 4–10 years of experience to join our Auckland studio on a 6 month contract, supporting the delivery of education projects across Australia.

This role is suited to individuals with a strong foundation in education design, including schools, tertiary or institutional projects, and who are confident contributing across design development and documentation phases.

You will work closely with Principals and Project Leaders in a collaborative studio environment and across our Australian studios, contributing to thoughtful, design led learning environments that respond to user needs and community outcomes.

About You

You are a motivated and design focused Architect or Designer with experience in education projects. You enjoy working in collaborative teams and bring a balance of design thinking and technical capability, with an interest in creating environments that support learning, engagement and community.

You will be able to demonstrate

  • 4–10 years of experience in architectural practice
  • Proven experience delivering education projects (schools, tertiary or institutional)
  • Strong design and documentation capability across project stages
  • Confidence coordinating with consultants and internal teams
  • Well organised with a clear understanding of project delivery
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit; Rhino highly regarded
