About the Opportunity

We’re seeking emerging Architects and Designers with a strong design sensibility and a passion for shaping thoughtful, visually compelling spaces. Based in our Melbourne studio, you will contribute to large scale multi residential, cultural, and transport projects, working in a highly collaborative environment where design exploration and creative thinking are at the forefront.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, visually driven, and eager to push ideas, someone who enjoys translating concepts into refined, resolved design outcomes.

About You

  • 5 to 8 years’ experience within an architectural practice
  • Master of Architecture or equivalent
  • Strong digital design capability across Rhino (incl Grasshopper & Python Scripting, Revit)
  • A keen eye for form, composition, materiality, and spatial quality
  • Experience or interest in visual storytelling and representation including Enscape, V Ray, Twinmotion, and Adobe Suite

Your portfolio demonstrates:

  • Conceptual thinking and design development
  • Strong 3D modelling and form making ability
  • Interest and passion for computational design and AI developments
  • High quality visualisation and graphic communication
  • An understanding of how design translates from concept into design documentation and detailing
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine passion for design
