About the Role

We’re on the lookout for talented Architects and Designers to join our Auckland studio on a 6‑month contract, contributing to a range of high‑quality, design‑led projects for Australia.

Working within a collaborative, multi‑award‑winning practice, you’ll support project teams delivering work across multiple sectors and scales, with opportunities to contribute to projects in both locally, and globally. We’re interested in architects and designers with experience across a range of architectural typologies and the adaptability to contribute to diverse project types.

You’ll work closely with Principals and Project Leaders in a dynamic studio environment, contributing across various stages of project delivery and making a genuine impact during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design development and delivery of projects across a variety of architectural typologies and scales
  • Work collaboratively with Principals, Project Leaders, and project teams to develop considered design outcomes
  • Assist in the production of design and technical documentation across relevant project stages
  • Communicate design ideas clearly through drawings, models, and written material
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to support integrated project delivery
  • Support project workflows, timelines, and quality standards in line with studio and client expectations
  • Contribute positively to studio culture through collaboration, professionalism, and a proactive approach.

About You

You’re a motivated and adaptable architect or designer who enjoys working across varied project types and contributing to collaborative, design‑driven teams. You bring a balance of creative thinking, technical capability, and professionalism across all stages of project delivery.

You will be able to Demonstrate

  • 3-10 years’ experience in architectural practice
  • Master of Architecture qualification; registration preferred
  • Experience across varied typologies and project scales
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience producing design and technical documentation
  • Confident coordinating with consultants and internal teams
  • Well organised, with an understanding of project delivery
  • Proficiency in Revit; Rhino highly regarded
  • The ability to produce clear and logical written communication and presentations in English.
